Contributions of booking:

We will confirm a booking after receiving your credit card details. The required details are kind of card, card number, expiry date, last three digits of the reverse side. For safety reasons we suggest to transfer this data by fax or phone.
Our cancellation policy is as follow:

• Cancellation less than 7 days prior forfeit the full booking amount
• Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the booking amount
• Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the booking amount
• Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the booking amount

With the transfer of your credit card details you authorise us to debit your account by the said cancellation fees. We won't deduct any monies in advance.
